Happy Birthday to me

As a treat to myself and my guests, I decided that we would check out the view of sunset from the Brooklyn promenade that is west of the Brooklyn Bridge. As the forecasters had predicted, the weather turned out to be great, mid-50s and sunny. It was quite a good treat. This was the first time that I had ventured over here. Besides the neighborhood being very beautiful in this area of Brooklyn Heights, the promenade heads along the outer edges of the borough of Brooklyn. Afterwards, we went on Atlantic Ave to go to this wonderful Middle Eastern restaurant Waterfalls Cafe. Great Middle Eastern food.
